Neil Sherlock was the director of the Department of Physical Education from 1977 to 1984, then served as the first dean of the Faculty of Physical Activity Studies from 1984 to 1992. He was a coach, official, and administrator with U of R athletics for 25 years and was instrumental in the growth and development of the program during his career.
