Chad Kichula has a lengthy history of coaching in the Regina area, including serving as the interim head coach of the University of Regina's track & field and cross country teams during the 2022-23 season.
He was also the head coach of Excel Athletika from 2017 through 2020 and is the current head coach of Flight Club Regina, a club he himself founded in 2020 which focuses on preparing high school athletes for future high-level competition. Kichula is a certified Performance Coach with Athletics Canada in sprints and hurdles.
Kichula and his wife Chera have two children and he remains active in track & field as a competitor, regularly participating in sprints at the masters level.
