Quarterbacks
The Rams QB room is led by two players with starting experience at the Canada West level, as well as a trio of young, developing players.

"We have an experienced group that mesh really well together and push each other to be better every day," said quarterbacks coach Frankie Gray.

Noah Pelletier is expected to lead the offence once again. The 4th-year quarterback stepped in for an injured Owen Sieben in Week 1 last year, and went on to start the rest of the season. He completed 148 of 244 passes for 1671 yards and 4 touchdowns during the Canada West schedule. He added 791 yards and 3 touchdowns in the playoffs.

In the Rams' Week 2 win over Saskatchewan, he set a U of R single-game record with a 83.9% completion percentage. Through the 2024 season, he ranks fourth in University of Regina history in rushing touchdowns with 11, fifth in completions with 321, sixth in passing yards with 3727, and eighth in touchdown passes with 14.

Owen Sieben also returns healthy after missing the majority of the 2024 season due to injury. Sieben earned Canada West Rookie of the Year honors after stepping in for an injured Pelletier in Week 3.

During the 2023 campaign, the Langley, BC native completed 117 of his 181 passes for 1356 yards and five touchdown passes. He also added one rushing touchdown on the ground.

2nd-year Rams Carter Casey and Conner Kerr also return.

The pair both played for team Saskatchewan at the Football Canada Cup in 2023. Kerr, a Weyburn, SK native, played the majority of the Rams' preseason game against Manitoba, leading the team to a 31-28 victory.

Finally, Adrian Reaume joins the program from Campbell Collegiate in Regina. He was a member of Team Saskatchewan at the 2024 Football Canada Cup, where they won bronze.

He has also been spending time with the receiver group.

Specialists
Issac Wegner returns after serving as the teams' primary punter and placekicker during the 2024 season.

He led the team with 51 points scored in 2024, which included 9 field goals, 12 PATs and 12 rouges. He also punted 53 times for an average of 41.8 yards. He is expected to resume his punting duties.

First-year kicker Ty Gorniak is expected to contribute right away out of Greenall HS in Balgonie, SK.

He kicked for Team Saskatchewan at the 2024 Football Canada Cup and won 5A city championships with Greenall in both 2022 and 2023.

Chopper Hippe will continue to serve as the teams' primary long snapper. Linebacker Kaeden Brennan provides a depth option.
