Adam Huffman joined the staff of the University of Regina's men's basketball team as an assistant coach prior to the 2011-12 season.

Huffman was a four-year member of the Cougars himself, as the 6'7" forward accumulated 345 points and 331 rebounds over 82 career games played for the University of Regina. Huffman was also part of one of the most successful teams the Cougars have fielded in recent seasons, as the 2005-06 squad finished first in Canada West's Great Plains Division with an impressive 16-4 record and advanced to the conference's Final Four.

Originally from Palmer, Alaska, Huffman majored in recreation & sport administration at the U of R and graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2009. Huffman is also the executive director of the Doggpound Basketball Training Academy.
