QUOTABLE
"Honestly, I was really happy with how our team performed on Saturday. It's a really young team and we had a significant improvement over last year's finish. Jonathan (Podbielski) had another strong finish and Ian (Teichler) and Brett (MacLean) exceeded the high expectations that I had for them. There's so much promise for the future for this group and I can't wait to see their hard work continue to pay off moving forward." - Cougars track & field and cross country head coach Sabrina Nettey
NEXT UP
The men's team will now prepare for the U SPORTS Championships in Kelowna, B.C. on Nov. 9. The Cougars will be represented by Podbielski, Teichler, MacLean, Kilgour, and Sharp at the national meet.
