Terry Mountjoy has been coaching throws for the University of Regina's track & field teams since 2000. He has worked with multiple Canada West medalists during his time with the U of R.

Terry is currently the head coach of Excel Athletika and previously coached for the Regina Wheat City Kinsmen.  He has a long history in track and field and has coached athletes in nearly every event.  Terry has also been an active member on the board of Saskatchewan Athletics, including serving a term as president.
