About the Team
The University of Regina Ringette team offers a highly competitive and fast-paced experience for student-athletes prepared to commit to an intensive schedule. The team competes in multiple tournaments throughout the season, including events in Regina and Lethbridge, as well as the prestigious University Challenge Cup.
In addition to tournament play, the team participates in the Regina Ringette League, ensuring consistent competition and development opportunities. Weekly practices support skill progression, team cohesion, and high-performance standards.Tryouts are held in September, with selected students expected to fully commit to the demands of the program. Fundraising participation is also a key component of the team’s operations, helping support travel and competition expenses.
The Ringette program is ideal for dedicated athletes seeking a challenging and rewarding university sport experience.
