About the Team
The University of Regina Ultimate program includes both men’s and women’s teams competing at a high level within the Canadian university system. Both teams participate in the Canadian Prairie University Ultimate Championships (CPUUC), with the opportunity to advance to the Canadian University Ultimate Championships.
Teams practice multiple times per week leading up to competition, with additional indoor training sessions held during the late fall and winter months. This year-round approach supports continued development and competitive readiness. Tryouts are ongoing, and all current University of Regina students are welcome to get involved. The program emphasizes inclusivity, skill progression, and competitive excellence.
As with all club teams, student-athletes are expected to contribute to fundraising efforts that support travel and tournament participation. Ultimate offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment for students looking to compete and develop at the post-secondary level.
