The University of Regina women's soccer team battled the Lethbridge Pronghorns to a scoreless draw on Sunday, giving the Cougars (0-3-1) their first point of the 2015 Canada West season.
The Cougars had an array of chances over the course of the match, totalling 22 shots. Of those 22, 10 shots were on net, but Pronghorn goalie Micaela Stone made nine saves. The best chance for the Cougars came in the 38th minute, as
Sienne Krynowsky's long shot rung off the crossbar.
Brianna Wright (pictured) tallied seven shots, four of them on net for the Cougars.

Jet Davies also registered shots on goal.
For the second-straight match,
Savannah Williams got the nod in net for the Cougars. The rookie goalkeeper made three saves to earn the shutout.
The Cougars are back home next weekend, as they host the MacEwan Griffins on Saturday and the Mount Royal Cougars on Sunday. Both games are scheduled for noon at the U of R Field.
