The University of Regina men's hockey team will hit home ice for the first time this season as the Lethbridge Pronghorns are in town for a weekend matchup.
Coming off the Canada West bye week, both teams return to action in search of their first win of the season. The Cougars lost two games on the road to Mount Royal to open the regular season, falling 7-2 before suffering a 3-2 overtime loss. Lethbridge was defeated twice by UBC on home ice.
On the Attack
Tyler King was a bright spot on offence for the Cougars in the opening weekend, scoring two goals and adding an assist.

Tate Coughlin also scored goals for Regina.
Three players enter the weekend with two points for Lethbridge, as Landon Gross registered two goals and Clint Filbrandt and Jordan Roy both have a goal and a helper for the 'Horns.
Between the Pipes
Michael Herringer kicked off the season in net for Regina, stopping 33 shots against MRU on Friday.
Dawson MacAuley got the call in Saturday's rematch, also making 33 saves as the Cougars took Mount Royal to overtime.
Garrett Hughson made the start in the first game for Lethbridge, stopping 17 of the 22 shots he faced in roughly a period and a half of work. Taz Burman came on in relief on Friday before getting the start on Saturday and making 45 saves in a 3-2 loss.
The History Books
The Cougars and Pronghorns split the four regular season meetings a season ago, with each team winning once at home and once on the road. The Cougars have a higher all-time winning percentage against the Pronghorns than any other current Canada West team, with a mark a .587.
