UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2015: Stepped out of high school to become the team's No. 3 quarterback ... dressed for six of the Rams' eight Canada West games ... saw his first game action in Week 7 at Calgary (Oct. 24), attempting two passes in the fourth quarter of that contest.

PERSONAL: Enrolled in Campion Arts ... attended Sheldon-Williams Collegiate before coming to the U of R, starting at quarterback for the Spartans in three of his four years there ... older brother Addison Richards was an All-Canadian receiver for the Rams and is now in the CFL with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
