UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2012-13: Named an Academic All-Canadian ... played in 19 of the team's 28 Canada West games as a 20-year-old in his first season of CIS eligibility ... had two assists during the conference schedule, which came in back-to-back games in January ... had 24 shots on net and an even plus/minus rating ... played in one of the team's Canada West quarterfinal games at Manitoba.

PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering & Applied Science ... played for the La Ronge Ice Wolves (SJHL) before coming to the U of R ... played in a total of 132 regular season games for La Ronge, scoring 33 goals and adding 41 assists for 74 points ... best season with La Ronge was as a 19-year-old in 2011-12, ending up with 20 goals and 31 assists for 51 points in 57 games ... won league championships with La Ronge in both 2010 and 2011 ... played in the 2010 RBC Cup with La Ronge.
