Biography

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2010-11: Started 19 of the team's 28 Canada West games ... recorded a 34-save shutout in a 1-0 win at Manitoba (Jan. 28) ... had a 3.35 goals-against average, a .901 save percentage, and a 6-13 record for the Cougars ... had 40 saves and stopped all three shootout attempts in a 3-2 win at Lethbridge (Nov. 19) ... finishes his career ranks second on the U of R's all-time list in minutes played (3876), third in goals-against average (3.33), and fourth in wins (22).

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2009-10:
Started 11 of the team's 28 conference games ... had a 3-7 record, a 3.25 goals-against average, and a .910 save percentage ... registered a 37-save shutout in a 2-0 win over Lethbridge on Nov. 6 ... twice eclipsed the 40-save barrier (45 at Saskatchewan on Nov. 28 and 41 against Alberta on Feb. 19).

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2008-09:
Split the U of R's netminding duties with Brant Hilton, starting 13 of the team's 28 conference games ... had a 3.33 goals-against average and an .882 save percentage during the conference schedule ... recorded his first CIS shutout on Jan. 24, making 29 saves in a 3-0 win over Calgary ... started all five of the team's postseason games, highlighted by a 33-save shutout to give the Cougars a series sweep on the road over Manitoba ... named the Canada West Male Athlete of the Week following the Manitoba series ... had a 2.81 goals-against average and a sparkling .915 save percentage in the playoffs.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2007-08:
Appeared in 11 games and started eight during the regular season ... had a 1-7 record, a 3.44 goals-against average, and an .836 save percentage.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2006-07: Named the 2007 University of Regina Male Rookie of the Year ... stepped into a No. 1 role in late January after Clint Chalmers was lost to a groin injury ... had a 3.21 goals-against average, .896 save percentage, and a 6-6 record in 14 games played during the regular season ... was perfect in shootouts, recording a 2-0 record and stopping all six shooters he faced ... had a 2.02 goals-against average, an .893 save percentage, and a 1-2 record in three playoff games.

PERSONAL: Born February 19, 1985 ... enrolled in the Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies ... played in 103 career WHL games with the Saskatoon Blades and Regina Pats, amassing a record of 25-53-9 ... spent the 2005-06 season with the Chilliwack Chiefs (BCHL) and the La Ronge Ice Wolves (SJHL).
