Cross Country – Finished in 13th place at the Cougar Trot (5K, 21:00) ... was 163rd in the Div. II race at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 26:34) ... placed 31st overall at the Sled Dog Open (5K, 20:44) ... finished 63rd at the Stewart Cup (6K, 26:26).
Track & Field – Finished 16th in the 1000-metre run (3:11.03) and 19th in the 1500-metre run (4:59.13) at the Canada West Championships ... finished in seventh place with the 4x800-metre relay team (9:48.03) at the conference meet ... had season-best times of 2:58.32 in the 1000 (Lipsett Cartage Indoor Classic) and 4:56.15 in the 1500 (Golden Bear Open).

Cross Country – Placed 20th at the Cougar Trot (5K, 21:36) ... finished in 214th in the Division II race at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 26:19) ... placed 54th at the Stewart Cup in Edmonton (6K, 26:16) ... finished the season with a 118th-place finish at the CIS Championships (6K, 26:56).
Track & Field – Finished in 12th place with the 4x400-metre relay team at the CIS Championships (3:57.52) ... helped the 4x400 team to a fifth-place finish at the Canada West Championships (4:01.95) ... also finished in 11th place in the 600-metre run (1:38.28) and in 12th place in the 1000-metre run (3:05.96) at the conference meet ... had a season-best time of 1:38.02 in the 600-metre run at the Bison Classic ... also competed in the 300-metre run once, finishing in 44.60 seconds at the Friendship Games.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2012-13: Cross Country – missed season due to injury.
