UNIVERSITY OF REGINA TRACK & FIELD 2024-25
- After being part of the team's coaching staff in 2023 and 2024, returned to the Cougars for his final season of U SPORTS eligibility
- Earned Academic All-Canadian recognition
- Placed fourth with the 4x800-metre relay team at the Canada West Championships in Regina
- Finished in 12th place with the 4x800 team at the U SPORTS Championships in Windsor, Ont.
- Had season-best times of 1:24.74 in the 600-metre run, 2:30.62 in the 1000-metre run, and 4:18.15 in the 3000-metre run

- Won his first career national medal after placing third in the 1000 at the U SPORTS meet (2:25.87)
- Picked up a pair of Canada West medals, winning gold in the 1500 (3:57.67) and silver in the 1000 (2:27.79) at the conference meet
- Set a U of R record (since broken) in the 1500-metre run at the Golden Bear Open (3:53.48)
- Also set a school record (since broken) in the 1000-metre run at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston (2:24.84)
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA CROSS COUNTRY 2018
- Placed 71st at the U SPORTS Championships (10K, 33:18)
- Won the individual title at the Cougar Trot (8K, 26:02)
- Placed seventh at the Sled Dog Meet (8K, 25:34)
- Finished in 15th place at the Vikes Invitational (10K, 33:39)

- Won his second career Canada West medal with a bronze in the 1000-metre run (2:27.22)
- Finished in fifth place with the 4x800-metre relay team at the U SPORTS Championships in Windsor, Ont.
- Had season-best times of 3:54.50 in the 1500-metre run and 8:46.00 in the 3000-metre run
- Set school records in both the 1000 and the 1500 during the season, but both were broken by the end of the season

- Helped set a school record (since broken) and placed eighth in the 4x800-metre relay (7:43.28) at the U SPORTS Championships in Edmonton
- Scored a point with a seventh-place finish in the 1000-metre run (2:30.83) at the Canada West Championships in Regina
- Also placed fifth with the 4x800 squad at the Canada West meet
- Had season-best times of 1:23.35 in the 600-metre run, 2:30.40 in the 1000-metre run, and 4:00.56 in the 1500-metre run

- Attended Archbishop M.C. O'Neill High School in Regina
- Won two gold medals for the O'Neill Titans at the 2015 SHSAA Track & Field Championships, winning both the 1500-metre run and the 3000-metre run
