UNIVERSITY OF REGINA TRACK & FIELD 2024-25
  • After being part of the team's coaching staff in 2023 and 2024, returned to the Cougars for his final season of U SPORTS eligibility
  • Earned Academic All-Canadian recognition
  • Placed fourth with the 4x800-metre relay team at the Canada West Championships in Regina
  • Finished in 12th place with the 4x800 team at the U SPORTS Championships in Windsor, Ont.

  • Picked up a pair of Canada West medals, winning gold in the 1500 (3:57.67) and silver in the 1000 (2:27.79) at the conference meet
  • Set a U of R record (since broken) in the 1500-metre run at the Golden Bear Open (3:53.48)
  • Also set a school record (since broken) in the 1000-metre run at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston (2:24.84)

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA CROSS COUNTRY 2018
  • Placed 71st at the U SPORTS Championships (10K, 33:18)
  • Won the individual title at the Cougar Trot (8K, 26:02)
  • Placed seventh at the Sled Dog Meet (8K, 25:34)
  • Finished in 15th place at the Vikes Invitational (10K, 33:39)

  • Won his second career Canada West medal with a bronze in the 1000-metre run (2:27.22)
  • Finished in fifth place with the 4x800-metre relay team at the U SPORTS Championships in Windsor, Ont.
  • Had season-best times of 3:54.50 in the 1500-metre run and 8:46.00 in the 3000-metre run
  • Set school records in both the 1000 and the 1500 during the season, but both were broken by the end of the season
