- Finished in 91st place at the U SPORTS Championships in London, Ont. (8K, 31:58)
- Placed 38th at the Canada West Championships in Kelowna, B.C. (8K, 30:50)
- Placed 16th at the Dakota Classic (8K, 33:50) and 14th at the Stewart Cup (6K, 24:46)
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA TRACK & FIELD 2022-23
- Named an Academic All-Canadian
- Finished 18th in the 1500-metre run at the Canada West meet with a personal-best time of 4:50.33
- Also placed fifth with the 4x800-metre relay team at the Canada West Championships in Saskatoon
- Had personal-best times in the 3000 (10:35.84 at the Pandas Open) and the 1000 (3:04.67 at the Bison Classic)
