Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport
Built at a cost of $32 million, the Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport was officially opened on Sept. 8, 2004. The building features a three-court gymnasium with seating for up to 2200 spectators, an elevated four-lane running track, lecture and classroom facilities, teaching and research laboratories, and the Allied Health Centre, which encompasses sport medicine, physiotherapy, student health, and the Dr. Paul Schwann Centre. The CKHS houses the university's team rooms including the Rams team headquarters, movement studios, a swimming pool, and a 240-car underground parkade. The university's volleyball and basketball teams play their home games in the main gymnasium. The track & field teams train on the elevated running track, while the swimming teams use the pool (more below) as one of their practice facilities.

University of Regina Field
The University of Regina Field is a fully lit facility that was originally constructed in 2005. Since then, it has served as the practice facility for the Rams and as the practice and match home for the women's soccer team. Situated in a picturesque on-campus setting, the field also played host to a Canada West football game in 2006, with the Rams hosting the Calgary Dinos. The original turf was replaced with a new FieldTurf surface in the spring of 2017.
University of Regina Aquatics Centre
Located in the CKHS, the aquatics centre features a six-lane, 25-metre shallow pool and a separate deep tank that includes a three-metre and two one-metre diving boards (currently closed for inspection). Open recreation swim times are available daily to members of the University community and the general public, and the men's and women's swimming teams use both the aquatics centre at the CKHS and the Lawson Aquatic Centre as training facilities.
