BK Woldu joined the University of Regina’s coaching staff as a defensive backs coach prior to the 2016 season.
Woldu last coached at Sheldon-Williams Collegiate, where he served as head coach for the Spartans from 2009 to 2012. His coaching career began in 1998 at Miller Comprehensive, and included stints at Dr. Martin LeBoldus High School and Balfour Collegiate before taking over at Sheldon. He also worked with the Regina Thunder during the 2004 and 2005 seasons.
A former Ram himself, Woldu won three CJFL championships during his junior career which spanned from 1994 to 1998.
Woldu has one daughter (Keaeley) and works in sales at Dilawri Infiniti in Regina.
