Campbell Antonini

  • Title
    Quarterbacks Coach
Campbell Antonini joined the University of Regina’s coaching staff as a quarterbacks coach prior to the 2016 season.

Prior to coming aboard with the Rams, Antonini had spent the previous two seasons with the powerhouse Dr. Martin LeBoldus High School program – first as a quarterbacks coach in 2014, and as a receivers, special teams, and quarterbacks coach in 2015. He has also been heavily involved with the South Sask Selects and Regina Minor Football’s U16 team over that time, and spent a season as the receivers coach at Michael A. Riffel High School in 2013.

A former quarterback himself, Antonini redshirted the 2004 season with the Rams before spending the 2005 and 2006 campaigns as a backup to Teale Orban. Antonini still has one of the longest passes in U of R history, as his 100-yard touchdown pass to Chris Bauman in a game against Simon Fraser during the 2006 season still stands as the fourth longest completion for the Rams since they moved to the CIS.

He went on to play with the Vancouver Island Raiders in 2007 and 2008, leading them to a national championship in his final CJFL season.

Antonini earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Regina in 2013. He’s also certified as a strength and conditioning specialist and is the director of athletic operations at 1621 Health and Wellness.
