Carter Stusek joined the University of Regina Rams' coaching staff as an assistant linebackers coach prior to the 2022 season.
After graduating from Campbell Collegiate in Regina, Stusek joined the Regina Thunder and played with them from 2016 to 2021. He was also a member of Team Saskatchewan at both the U16 and the U18 levels.
Besides his time with the Rams, Stusek has also coached Team Saskatchewan for five seasons, been a guest coach with both the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Edmonton Elks, and served as a coach with the Sask Selects and Regina Minor Football programs.
Stusek graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2024.
Stusek's family includes his father Jeff, mother Sheryl, brother Bennett, and girlfriend Shae. Jeff has been a member of the Rams' coaching staff since 2017 and is the team's assistant head coach and special teams coordinator, while Bennett was a five-year receiver for the Rams who just wrapped up his playing career in 2023.
