Jeff Stusek joined the Rams' coaching staff prior to the 2017 season. He spent the 2017, 2018, and 2019 campaigns as a receivers coach before assuming the role of special teams coordinator in 2020. He added assistant head coach duties to his portfolio beginning with the 2022 season.

Stusek has an extensive history of coaching around Regina, including serving as the head coach of Team Saskatchewan during their back-to-back Football Canada Cup championships in 2018 and 2019. He has also been involved with the South Sask Selects program and has coached numerous teams at the high school level and within Regina Minor Football. He's also spent time with the Regina Thunder, having served as a guest coach and season planner for the city's Prairie Football League team.

In his professional life, Stusek is the president and CEO of the Information Services Corporation. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration in 2000, both from the University of Regina.

Stusek and his wife Sheryl have two sons, Carter and Bennett.Â
