Paul Harasen joined the Rams coaching staff in 2023 after spending a number of years as a guest coach during the team's training camps.
Prior to joining the Rams, Harasen coached at Dr. Martin LeBoldus High School where he served as the Golden Suns' special teams coordinator, receivers coach, and running backs coach. Harasen helped lead the powerhouse LeBoldus program to several city and provincial championships during his time there.
Harasen also has experience coaching at the provincial level. He coached Team Saskatchewan's U16 squad in 2018 and 2019 and helped coach the province's U18 team to gold medals at both the 2022 and 2023 editions of the Football Canada Cup. Harasen, a coach for over 15 years in Regina Minor Football, has his NCCP Level III certification.
In his professional life, Harasen is a practicing lawyer with Kanuka Thuringer LLP. He and his wife Deb have two sons, Luke and Mark.
