Roe Borgmann joined the team's staff prior to the 2020 season. He spent 2020 and 2021 as the Rams' offensive quality control coach before taking a role as an offensive line coach beginning in 2022.
Borgmann played a total of 28 games for the Rams from 2014 to 2018, starting 18 of them at three different positions on the offensive line. He missed his fifth and final season due to injury, but spent the 2019 campaign helping out from the sidelines as a graduate assistant coach.
Originally from Lumsden, Borgmann received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina in 2020. He is currently employed as the manager of the Conexus Credit Union's Consumer Support & Document Management Centre in Regina.
