Sheldon Neald has been an offensive line coach with the Rams since the 2010 season.

Neald has coached football at numerous levels for the past 30 years. He coached high school at Balfour Collegiate and at Thom Collegiate for a combined 18 seasons, winning both city and provincial championships. He also coaching at the junior level, working with the Regina Thunder's offensive line for 10 seasons.

Besides working as a clinican at both the Football Saskatchewan Coaches Clinic and the Regina Minor Football Coaches Clinic, Neald has also coached the U18 provincial team, at identification camps, and in RMF's spring league. Neald has also been a guest coach with the Saskatchewan Roughriders as well as at numerous camps and clinics in both Canada and the United States.

Neald was recognized for his work with the Rams' offensive line following the 2018 season when he was named Canada West's nominee for the Gino Fracas Award, which is given annually to recognize outstanding career service by a U SPORTS volunteer assistant football coach.

Employed with the provincial government, Neald has his Level 3 certification through the National Coaching Certification Program and is a graduate of the University of Regina.
