Walker Morrison joined the Rams coaching staff prior to the 2017 season.
Morrison's involvement with the Rams dates back to his playing days. He played for the U of R during the 2011 and 2012 seasons, earning Academic All-Canadian status in both of his years with the Rams. He was also a two-time national champion with the V.I. Raiders, earning BCFC all-star honours following the 2010 campaign.
Since his playing career finished, Morrison has been heavily involved in coaching. He spent two years with the Regina Thunder as a defensive backs coach including one year as the special teams coordinator, and also was a receivers coach for one year at Dr. Martin LeBoldus HS in Regina. He has also been involved with Football Saskatchewan's provincial teams at both the U16 and U18 levels.
Morrison, who earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina in 2013, is a grain merchandiser with Viterra.
