UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2016-17: Rams Football - Played in seven of the team's eight Canada West games, starting three games at halfback before moving over to cornerback for the final four games of the conference schedule ... had 11 solo tackles, 11 assisted tackles, and a team-leading six pass breakups ... also had one forced fumble, which put an end to the opening drive of the game in the team's Week 7 win over UBC ... had the team's longest (37 yards) and third longest (17 yards) punt returns of the season, despite only attempting three returns during the conference schedule ... also started at cornerback in the team's Canada West semifinal game against UBC and finished with three solo tackles, one assisted tackle, and a 15-yard punt return. Track & Field - Won Canada West gold in the 300-metre dash for the second consecutive season, becoming the first U of R athlete ever to break the 34-second barrier in the event ... finishes his career with one CIS medal (silver) and five Canada West medals (two gold, one silver, two bronze).
