UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2022-23
- Played in 27 of 28 Canada West games in his first season of U SPORTS eligibility
- Collected three goals and five assists for eight points in conference play
- Registered seven of his eight points in the second half of the season
- Scored the shootout winner in a 3-2 road win over Manitoba (Jan. 7)
- Played in both of the team's Canada West quarterfinal games at UBC and scored one postseason goal
PRIOR TO THE UNIVERSITY OF REGINA
- Played three seasons with the Swift Current Broncos, playing in a total of 124 WHL games from 2018-19 through the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season
- Finished his junior career as a 20-year-old with Estevan, putting up 46 points in 55 games and helping the Bruins to an SJHL league championship and an appearance in the 2022 Centennial Cup
PERSONAL
- Son of Rod Houk, a University of Regina Sports Hall of Fame inductee who played for the Cougars in 1986-87, 1989-90, and 1990-91 and currently serves as the team's goaltender coach
