UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2013-14: Cross Country – Placed 11th out of 30 runners in the Cougar Trot (5K, 20:13) ... finished in 156th in the Division II race at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 25:22) ... placed 25th at the U of S Open (5K, 20:08) ... placed 20th at the Stewart Cup in Edmonton (6K, 24:51) ... finished the season with a 94th-place finish at the CIS Championships (6K, 24:51). Track & Field – Competed in the 1500-metre run at four meets with a top time of 5:08.98 at the SGI Canada Indoor Games ... had a season-best time of 11:14.95 in the 3000-metre run at the Golden Bear Open.

PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies ... attended Central Collegiate in Moose Jaw before coming to the U of R ... placed seventh in the 2012 SHSAA Cross Country Championships at Echo Valley Provincial Park ... had a third-place finish for Central in the 3000-metre run at the 2013 SHSAA Track & Field Championships in Moose Jaw.
