Todd Jerome joined the Cougars as an assistant coach prior to the 2021-22 season.

Jerome comes to the Cougars with an extensive background in coaching in hockey, football, and baseball. His hockey coaching résumé includes several seasons as a minor hockey coach as well as with the Saskatchewan Hockey Association's Sask First program.

A former player himself, Jerome played Junior B in Regina and also amassed 12 seasons of senior hockey for various teams around southern Saskatchewan.
