Mallory Outerbridge joined the Cougars as an assistant coach prior to the 2021 campaign and primarily works with the team's forwards.

Outerbridge starred for Thom Collegiate in Regina before embarking on a four-year NCAA Div. I stint with Western Kentucky, where she piled up 39 goals over her time as a Hilltopper. Her impressive playing career also includes a litany of international experience with Canada's national teams at several different age groups.
