Matt Degenhardt is a clinical instructor with the Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies and also heads the Faculty's Creative Media Team, which produces the U of R's CanadaWest.tv broadcasts and provides photography and digital content services for the school's varsity sports programs.
Degenhardt teaches two popular classes at the U of R. Sport Media Production (SRS 252) runs in the fall semester, while Communication Through Podcasting and Dynamic Storytelling (SRS 253) runs in the winter semester.
Degenhardt is a U of R alumnus, having graduated with a Bachelor of Media, Art & Performance degree in 2022. He's originally from Esterhazy, a town of about 2500 in eastern Saskatchewan known as the Potash Capital of the World.
