Beth Clark had 13 kills on just 16 attacks to lead the University of Regina's women's volleyball team to a 3-0 (25-20, 25-14, 25-22) win over Thompson Rivers on Saturday night in a Canada West match in Kamloops, B.C.
Clark had just one error, giving her a blazing .750 hitting percentage for the match. The fifth-year middle also chipped in with a team-high four assisted blocks.
Tiffany Herman had 31 assists and eight digs for the Cougars, while
Roxanne Olynyk led Regina with ten digs.
The win gives Regina a weekend sweep over the WolfPack and improves the No. 6-ranked Cougars' record to 5-1 on the season.
Anna Dyakiewicz had 17 kills for Thompson Rivers, while Amanda Frayne chipped in with ten kills and a match-high 11 digs.
The Cougars will have a weekend off before returning to the court on Nov. 20 and 21 at home against the Alberta Pandas.
