The University of Regina Women’s Volleyball Alumni Network exists to keep former student-athletes connected, engaged, and involved with the ongoing growth of our program. Our alumni group serves as a bridge between past and present Cougars, creating opportunities to stay connected to the team, support current student-athletes, and remain part of the program’s culture.
At its core, the alumni network focuses on three key areas: connection, support, and engagement. We provide opportunities for alumni to reconnect with former teammates and coaches, stay informed on program updates, and continue to be part of the Cougar Volleyball community. Through events, communications, and shared initiatives, we aim to strengthen relationships across all generations of the program.
There are several ways alumni can get involved. Attending games and alumni events is one of the simplest and most impactful ways to stay connected. Alumni are also encouraged to participate in networking and mentorship opportunities, offering guidance and support to current student-athletes as they prepare for life beyond volleyball. For those looking to contribute further, there are opportunities to support the program through fundraising initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement.
We also encourage alumni to stay connected digitally by updating their contact information and engaging with program communications. This helps ensure that all alumni have access to upcoming events, opportunities, and ways to stay involved.
Our goal is to build a strong, active alumni community that continues to invest in the success of the program.
