The University of Regina women's soccer team fell 1-0 to the Saskatchewan Huskies at Griffiths Stadium in the second game of a home-and-home set on Saturday night.
Leesa Eggum scored the only goal of Saturday's match, taking a feed from Jessica Bradford and showing off some strong dribbling before beating
Ashton Lowry for her sixth goal of the season.
Lowry made three saves on the match, while a stout Huskie defence held the Cougars without a shot on goal.
One of the Cougars' three shots on the night came in injury time when the visitors nearly tied the game but
Olivia Bolen's header went left of the goal.
The Cougars (0-5-5) will be back in action next weekend with road matches at Trinity Western (7-2-0) and Fraser Valley (4-3-2).
