The University of Regina's women's volleyball team closes out its home schedule this weekend with matches against MacEwan on Friday night (6:00) and Saturday night (5:00) at the Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport.

ABOUT REGINA
The Cougars enter the weekend as winners of three consecutive home matches, as they took out Mount Royal back on Jan. 7 before recording back-to-back wins over Winnipeg two weekends ago. Taylor Ungar remains Canada West's leader in digs per set (4.13), while Diana Lumbala is now the team's leader in both kills (122) and hitting percentage (.257). Friday and Saturday mark the final home matches of the 2016-17 season for the Cougars, as they'll close out the Canada West schedule on the road at UBC and Calgary the next two weekends.

FIFTH-YEAR NIGHT
U of R fifth-year players Jenna Krahn and Molly Wade-Cummings will be honoured following the conclusion of Saturday's match. Krahn has played in 65 Canada West matches and has accumulated 271 kills, 252 digs, and 63 blocks in 186 sets. Wade-Cummings finishes as one of the team's all-time blocking leaders, as her career total of 262 blocks ranks third in school history. Wade-Cummings has also notched 336 kills and 133 digs in 295 sets played over 82 Canada West matches in her U SPORTS career.
