  • The University of Regina's women's volleyball team lost in three sets on Friday night to the No. 3-ranked Mount Royal Cougars at the Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Mount Royal scored the first seven points of the match with Haley Roe on serve and went on to a 25-16 victory in the opening set.
  • MRU hit .522 as a team in the second set, which the visitors also took by a 25-16 margin.
  • Mount Royal clinched the straight-sets win with a 25-13 victory in the third set.
