UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2023
  • Capped his five-season career by earning first-team All-Canadian and Canada West all-star recognition
  • Became just the third U of R punter to be named first-team All-Canadian (Jon Ryan in 2002 and 2003, Chris Bodnar in 2011)
  • Led all of U SPORTS with an average of 45.8 yards per punt
  • Averaged 49.9 yards per punt, had two punts over 50 yards, and had a season-long 62-yard punt against UBC (Sept. 1)

  • Finished second in the nation and set a new school single-season record with an average of 46.0 yards per punt, breaking Jon Ryan's old record of 45.9 (2003)
  • Career-long punt of 77 yards against Saskatchewan (Sept. 17) was also the second-longest punt of the season by a U SPORTS player
  • Hit three field goals longer than 40 yards, including a season-long 44-yard field goal at Saskatchewan (Oct. 15)

  • Averaged 40.2 yards per punt, the seventh highest single season average in school history
  • Was 8-for-13 on field goals and a perfect 13-for-13 on PATs
  • Also had one rouge, ending up with a team-leading 38 points scored on the season
  • Had a season-long 59-yard punt at Manitoba (Sept. 25)
  • Recovered his own kickoff in the team's Week 4 game at Saskatchewan (Oct. 23)

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2018: Immediately emerged as the team's primary punter and placekicker in his first season with the program ... was 17-for-24 on field goals for the year with a 45-yarder in Week 7 at Calgary (Oct. 19) going down as his longest of the season ... was a perfect 20-for-20 on extra points ... also had a pair of rouges and finished second in Canada West with a total of 73 points scored, the third most by a player in school single-season history ... punted 57 times for an average of 35.4 yards per punt ... 52-yard punt in Week 7 at Calgary (Oct. 19) was his longest of the season ... also kicked off 30 times for an average of 57.0 yards ... was credited with three solo tackles and two assisted tackles during the conference schedule.

PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies ... came to the U of R from Bucaneros de Satélite, a club based in Naucalpan, Mexico (located just northwest of Mexico City) ... was Team Mexico's kicker at the 2018 IFAF U19 World Championship, helping the host Mexicans to a silver medal at the tournament.
