UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2018: Started at slotback for the team's first seven Canada West games, including against Calgary (Aug. 29) which made him the first true freshman ever to start for the U of R in a season opener ... despite missing the last game of the season due to injury, finished third on the Rams in both receptions (20) and receiving yards (427) ... was second on the Rams with three touchdown catches ... 65-yard reception from Noah Picton in the season opener was the longest passing play of the year for the Rams ... had season highs in both receptions (6) and receiving yards (117) in the team's Week 3 game against UBC (Sept. 14).
PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Faculty of Business Administration ... attended Campbell Collegiate in Regina before coming to the U of R ... won a provincial championship with the Tartans in his Grade 12 season, finishing as the team's top receiver with 44 catches for 515 yards and four touchdowns in seven league games ... played for Team Saskatchewan at the Football Canada Cup in both 2016 and 2017, earning tournament all-star honours following the 2017 event ... played for Team Canada's U18 squad at the 2018 International Bowl.
