UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2014-15: Track & Field - Finished in 10th place in the 1000-metre run at the Canada West Championships (2:32.27) ... after conversions, top performance of the season in the 1000 was 2:33.84 at the Prairie Dual.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2013-14: Cross Country Placed second out of 23 runners in the Cougar Trot (8K, 26:25) ... finished in 21st in the Division II race at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 26:08) ... placed fifth at the U of S Open (8K, 25:42) ... placed ninth at the Stewart Cup in Edmonton (10K, 32:27) ... finished the season with a 53rd-place finish at the CIS Championships (10K, 33:40). Track & Field Finished in seventh place in the 1000-metre run at the Canada West Championships (2:29.17) ... also had a 15th-place finish in the 1500-metre run at the conference meet (4:04.58) ... had a season-best time of 3:59.44 in the 1500 at the Prairie Dual ... also ran the 3000 once during the season, finishing in 9:00.39 at the Golden Bear Open.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2012-13: Cross Country Placed third out of 28 runners in the Cougar Trot (8K, 25:28) ... finished in 87th place in the Merrill Fischbein Men's Gold Race at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 26:43) ... missed the remainder of the season due to injury. Track & Field Finished in 16th place in the 1000-metre run at the Canada West Championships (2:37.78) ... ran the third leg for the 4x800-metre relay team that placed fifth at the Canada West meet (8:08.83) ... had a season-best time of 2:32.97 in the 1000-metre run at the Bison Classic.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2011-12: Sat out season due to CIS transfer regulations.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2009-10: Cross Country Named the CIS Rookie of the Year, the Canada West Rookie of the Year, and a Canada West first-team all-star after finishing in 13th place at the CIS Championships (10K, 31:59) ... finished in fourth place at the Stewart Cup (10K, 32:27) ... won the Minot State Invitational (8K, 25:05) ... won the University of Saskatchewan Open (7.5K, 22:54) ... finished in third place in the Division II category at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 25:47) ... won the Cougar Trot Open (8K, 26:12).

PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies ... graduated from Lumsden HS in 2009 ... attended UBC during the 2010-11 academic year and ran for the Thunderbirds' cross country and track & field teams ... transferred back to the U of R prior to the 2011-12 season, but sat out the entire campaign due to CIS regulations.
