UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2022-23
  • Won U SPORTS gold in the 4x200-metre relay, helping break the school record with a time of 1:27.74
  • Finished in eighth place in the heptathlon at the U SPORTS meet in Saskatoon (4729 points)
  • Also won Canada West gold in the 4x200-metre relay with a winning time of 1:28.76
  • Placed fourth in the 60-metre hurdles (8.50 s), 11th in the high jump (1.78m), and 13th in the long jump (6.38m) at the Canada West meet 
  • Season-best score of 4822 points in the heptathlon at the Pandas Open goes into the books as the top mark in U of R history

  • Finished in fourth place with the 4x200-metre relay team (1:29.41) at the U SPORTS Championships in Saint John, N.B.
  • Won Canada West bronze with the 4x200-metre relay team (1:29.46) at the conference meet in Winnipeg
  • Also placed fourth in the 60-metre hurdles (8.55 s) and fifth in the triple jump (13.66m) to score nine points at the Canada West meet
  • Had a triple jump PB of 13.73 metres at the Pandas Open
