ON THE NATIONAL STAGE
  • Won the individual title in the U20 race at the 2023 Canadian Cross Country Championships
  • Won double gold at the 2023 Canadian Track & Field Championships (U20 800-metre run and U20 1500-metre run)

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
  • Through the 2024-25 season, is the U of R's record holder in the 1000-metre run (2:22.34), 1500-metre run (3:45.18), and 3000-metre run (8:04.25)
  • Also holds the 4x800-metre relay record as of the 2024-25 campaign along with Adam Mytopher, Brayden Mytopher, and Daniel Eiswerth (7:30.60)

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA TRACK & FIELD 2024-25
  • Was named University of Regina Varsity Sport's Male Athlete of the Year for the second straight season
  • Finished as the top individual scorer on the men's side at the Canada West Championships in Regina
  • Won Canada West gold in the 1000-metre run (2:25.80), the 1500-metre run (3:45.92), and the 3000-metre run (8:20.26)
  • Took home Canada West Men's Performance of the Meet honours for his run in the 1500, which broke the old meet record by a second and a half
  • Won U SPORTS bronze in the 1000-metre run (2:22.39)
  • Set a school record in the 3000-metre run (8:04.25) at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational in Boston
  • Earned Academic All-Canadian recognition for the third consecutive season

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA CROSS COUNTRY 2024
  • Finished in third place out of 152 runners at the U SPORTS Championships in Kelowna, B.C. (8K, 23:32)
  • Placed fourth at the Canada West Championships in Camrose, Alta. (8K, 25:57)
  • Finished third overall at the Stewart Cup in Calgary (8K, 23:30)
  • Won the individual title at the Dakota Classic held at Whitecap Dakota First Nation (8K, 26:19)

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA TRACK & FIELD 2023-24
  • Named the University of Regina Varsity Sport Male Athlete of the Year
  • Won U SPORTS silver in the 1000-metre run (2:22.99) and U SPORTS bronze in the 1500-metre run (3:45.18)
  • Also won a silver medal and helped set a new school record in the 4x800 at the U SPORTS meet in Winnipeg (7:30.60)
  • Was a double gold medalist at the Canada West meet, winning both the 1000 (2:25.08) and the 1500 (3:47.45)
  • Took home Canada West silver in the 4x800 (7:39.18) and Canada West bronze in the 4x400 (3:21.31)
  • Broke the U of R record in the 1500-metre run at the Golden Bear Open (3:48.67)
  • Beat that 1500 mark at the Canada West meet (3:47.45) and again at the U SPORTS meet (3:45.18)
  • Set a new school record in the 1000 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2:22.34)
  • Named an Academic All-Canadian

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA CROSS COUNTRY 2023
  • Finished 11th overall at the U SPORTS meet in London, Ont. (8K, 25:01)
  • Became the sixth men's runner in U of R history to earn cross country All-Canadian honours
  • Placed fifth overall at the Canada West Championships in Kelowna, B.C. (8K, 24:33)
  • Won the individual title at the Dakota Classic (8K, 27:02) and was sixth in the Stewart Cup (8K, 26:53)

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA TRACK & FIELD 2022-23
  • Finished in seventh place in the 1000-metre run at the U SPORTS Championships (2:27.16)
  • Also helped the 4x800-metre relay team place fourth at the U SPORTS meet
  • Won Canada West silver in the 1000-metre run (2:28.77) and Canada West bronze in the 1500-metre run with a personal-best time of 3:53.47
  • Had a personal-best time of 2:25.10 in the 1000 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational
  • Named an Academic All-Canadian

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA CROSS COUNTRY 2022
  • Finished in seventh place overall at the Canada West Championships in Abbotsford, B.C. (8K, 24:15)
