UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2015: Emerged as a full-time starter in his third season of CIS eligibility, starting all eight Canada West games at cornerback for the Rams ... finished the conference schedule with 23 solo tackles, nine assisted tackles, and two pass breakups ... had a season-high 6½ tackles and added a pass breakup in the Week 6 game against Manitoba (Oct. 17).
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2014: Played in all eight Canada West games for the second consecutive season ... started at cornerback in the team's Week 8 win over Alberta (Nov. 1) ... finished the conference schedule with 11½ tackles (7 solo, 9 assisted) ... also started at cornerback in the Canada West semifinal at Calgary (Nov. 8) and had 3½ tackles.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2013: Played in all eight Canada West games in his first season of eligibility ... finished the conference schedule with 10 total tackles (eight solo, four assisted) ... got his first career start in Week 8 against Saskatchewan (Oct. 26) at cornerback and had his first interception as a Ram ... also had three pass breakups during the Canada West schedule.
PERSONAL: Enrolled in Campion Arts ... attended St. Mary's HS in Calgary, where he was coached by Bill McConkey (father of former Rams teammate and current offensive coordinator Mark McConkey) ... helped lead the Saints to an undefeated league record and a Calgary Div. II city championship in Grade 12 ... was named an all-star at defensive back for St. Mary's in 2012.Â
