• 2006-07 Academic All-Canadian

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2010-11: Was part of the 4x800-metre relay team that finished in fourth place at the Canada West Championships and set a new school record with a time of 7:57.12 ... also finished in seventh place in the 1500-metre run (3:59.27) and in eighth place in the 1000 (2:31.87) at the conference meet.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2009-10: Finished in 15th place in the 3000 at the Canada West Championships (9:24.17) ... had season-best times of 2:36.55 in the 1000, 4:09.66 in the 1500, and 8:52.76 in the 3000.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2008-09: Finished in fourth place in the 3000-metre run at the Canada West Championships (8:45.28) ... finished in tenth place in the 1500-metre run at the Canada West meet (4:04.44).

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2007-08: Member of the 4x800-metre relay team that placed fifth at the Canada West meet (8:10.70) … finished in 11th place in the 3000-metre run at the Canada West Championships (9:02.19) … placed 15th in the 1500-metre run at the Canada West meet (4:08.75).

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2006-07: Finished in 13th place at the 2007 Canada West Championships in the 3000-metre run (9:13.28) … was a member of the Cougars' 4x800-metre relay team that finished in sixth place at the Canada West meet (8:24.97).

PERSONAL: Born Oct. 3, 1988 ... enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering ... is also on the U of R's cross country team.
