UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2012-13: Named an Academic All-Canadian. Cross Country – Named a Canada West first-team all-star after finishing in 18th place overall at the CIS Championships (5K, 18:06) ... had two first-place finishes during the regular season, including the Cougar Trot (5K, 17:42) and the U of S Open (4.5K, 15:40) ... finished in third place out of 413 runners in the Div. II category at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 22:13). Track & Field – finished in 10th place at the CIS Championships in the 3000-metre run (10:10.67) ... scored a total of seven team points for the Cougars at the Canada West Championships with a silver medal in the 3000 (10:04.97) and a fifth-place finish in the 1500-metre run (4:40.64) ... set a new school record in the 1500 (4:37.66) and broke her own U of R record in the 3000 (9:54.26) at the Bison Classic.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2011-12: Named an Academic All-Canadian. Cross Country – led the Cougars with a 46th-place finish at the CIS Championships (5K, 19:37) ... finished fifth at the Cougar Trot (5K, 18:51) ... placed 17th in the Division II category at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 22:59) ... finished in seventh place at the University of Saskatchewan Open (4.5K, 16:33) ... finished in ninth place at the Stewart Cup (5K, 18:40). Track & Field – finished in fifth place in the 3000-metre run (10:15.07) at the Canada West Championships ... also placed eighth in the 1500-metre run (4:46.90) and finished seventh with the 4x800-metre relay team at the conference meet ... set a University of Regina record (since broken) with a time of 10:12.67 in the 3000-metre run at the Bison Classic ... also had a season-best time of 4:45.73 in the 1500 at the Bison Classic.

Cross Country – placed third at the Cougar Trot (5K, 18:49) ... finished in 20th place at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 23:03) ... placed third at the University of Saskatchewan Open (4.5K, 16:27) ... finished in fifth place at the Minot State Invitational (5K, 18:27). Track & Field – ran the 1000 in 3:09.05 and the 1500 in 4:59.44 at the Golden Bear Open.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2009-10: Named an Academic All-Canadian. Cross Country – finished in 78th place at the CIS Championships (5K, 19:15) ... finished in sixth place at the Cougar Trot Open (5K, 20:13) ... placed 56th in the Division II category at the Roy Griak Invitational (6K, 24:31) ... finished 15th at the University of Saskatchewan Open (4K, 16:50) ... placed 27th at the Stewart Cup (5K, 19:23).

PERSONAL: Enrolled in the Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies ... competed in cross country and track & field at Riffel HS before coming to the U of R.
