UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2014-15: Cross Country – Named a second-team All-Canadian and a Canada West first-team all-star after placing eighth overall and second among Canada West runners in the CIS Championships (10K, 34:19) ... won all four of his other meets during the season, including the Cougar Trot (8K, 25:15), the Div. II race at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 25:32), the Sled Dog Open (8K, 25:04), and the Stewart Cup (10K, 31:43).
Track & Field – Scored four team points for the Cougars with a fifth-place finish in the 3000-metre run (8:12.72) at the CIS Championships in Windsor, Ont. ... won his second Canada West gold medal of his career, winning the 3000 in a time of 8:17.13 at the conference meet ... also placed 10th in the 1500-metre run (4:01.49) at the Canada West Championships.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2013-14: Cross Country – Earned first-team All-Canadian, Canada West Runner of the Year, and Canada West first-team all-star honours after finishing in fifth place overall and being the first Canada West runner to cross the line at the CIS Championships (10K, 31:21) ... finished 10th in the Division II race at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 25:48) ... placed second at the U of S Open (8K, 24:57) ... placed fourth at the Stewart Cup (10K, 31:42).
Track & Field – Finished in fourth place in the 3000-metre run (8:32.00) and fifth place in the 1500-metre run (3:59.08) at the Canada West Championships.
UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2012-13: Cross Country – Finished in 20th place at the CIS Championships (10K, 32:28) to earn Canada West first-team all-star honours for the second consecutive season ... finished in sixth place at the Cougar Trot (8K, 25:50) ... placed 79th in the Merrill Fischbein Men's Gold Race at the Roy Griak Invitational (8K, 26:34) ... also had top-ten finishes with a sixth-place showing at the U of S Open (7.5K, 23:00) and a third-place effort at the Stewart Cup (10K, 32:51).
Track & Field – Broke a nine-year-old school record in the 1500-metre run at the Bison Classic and bettered the mark three more times later in the season, including at the CIS Championships where he placed 10th in the 1500 with a season-best time of 3:56.22 ... also finished in eighth place in the 3000-metre run at the CIS Championships (8:32.29) ... won the Canada West gold medal in the 1500 (3:56.57) and took home Canada West silver in the 3000 (8:25.16).
