UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2018-19: Won a pair of Canada West medals, picking up silver in the 600 and bronze in the 4x400 relay ... broke the school record in the 4x400 relay twice, helping the team to a 3:53.15 finish at the Golden Bear Open and then to a 3:50.96 time at the conference meet a month later.

UNIVERSITY OF REGINA 2017-18: Won a Canada West bronze medal in the 600-metre dash ... named an Academic All-Canadian ... helped break a school record in the 4x800-metre relay at the Golden Bear Open and again three weeks later at the Pandas Open, where they set the new mark at 9:10.05 ... also helped take down a school record in the 4x400-metre relay that had stood since 2005, running the fastest leg to power the Cougars to a time of 3:55.69 at the U SPORTS Championships.
