    Women's Volleyball Assistant Coach
Caleb Eschbach joined the University of Regina's women's volleyball program as an assistant coach prior to the 2015-16 season.

Eschbach completed a fine five-year career with the men's volleyball team at the U of R in 2014, finishing second on the school's all-time list with 2459 assists. He holds three of the University of Regina's top four single-season assist totals, including a career-best 679 during the 2011-12 season. Eschbach is the school record holder for assists in a four-set match, with the 61 registered against Brandon on Nov. 25, 2011 also standing as one of only two times in Cougar history that a setter eclipsed 60 in a match of any length.

Originally from Dryden, Ont., Eschbach earned Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education degrees from the University of Regina and currently teaches physical education and health at Emerald Ridge Elementary School. He's married to Katelyn Silversides, a former cross country and track & field athlete for the U of R.
