Prateek Yadav

Prateek Yadav was named the University of Regina's women's volleyball coach in May of 2023.

Yadav came to the Cougars from the Pakmen Volleyball Club, where he played a critical role as a coach and program manager in helping develop the Greater Toronto Area-based organization into one of the most accomplished programs in the country. In his final season as a head coach with Pakmen, he guided the club's 16U girls' team to a Division 1 provincial championship and a second-place finish in Division 1 at the 2019 Volleyball Canada Nationals in Regina.

After COVID, Yadav gained U SPORTS experience as an assistant coach with the University of Guelph's women's team. He has also coached at the provincial level with Team Ontario Elite, Team Ontario Academy, Indigenous Team Ontario, and Team Ontario Black.

Originally from Mississauga, Yadav first started his association with Pakmen as a player in 2004. He also played at St. Marcellinus Secondary in Mississauga and at Sheridan College in Oakville, and is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
