Satomi Togawa is in her first season as an assistant coach with the University of Regina's women's volleyball team.

Originally from Japan, Togawa joined the Cougars as a setter in 2015-16 but suffered a season-ending injury just six matches into the Canada West schedule. She compiled 127 assists and 36 digs in 20 sets before missing the remainder of the season.

Togawa is enrolled in the U of R's Faculty of Kinesiology & Health Studies.
