The 2013-14 season is Tania Harrison's 11th as an assistant coach with the U of R's women's volleyball team. A fully certified Level III coach, Harrison is currently working towards an Advanced Coaching Diploma through the National Coaching Institute.

A graduate from the University of Regina's Faculty of Education in 1999, Harrison competed for the Cougars from 1994 to 1999. She began her coaching career in 1997 at the local club level, high school level and provincial level. She has also coached several summers with Team Saskatchewan including as an assistant coach at the 2001 Canada Games and as the team's head coach at both the 2005 and 2013 Canada Games.

Harrison served as the assistant coach with the Junior National Team in 2006 and accompanied the team to the NORCECA Championships in Monterrey, Mexico.

She also serves as a head coach at the Volleyball Canada Centre of Excellence.
